PSE&G WorryFree
PSE&G is a gas & electric company located in New Jersey. I was responsible for the redesign of the WorryFree experience. One key enhancement was the ability of the consumer to schedule a repair online as well as installing a replacement appliance.
I was responsible for creating a complete design system for both mobile and desktop applications. Additionally, I created prototypes and wireframes for business unit review and approval.
PSE&G WorryFree is a convenient way for existing customers to protect important home appliances such as ovens, air conditioners, and furnaces.

Protection Plans
Simply put, WorryFree is a protection plan offered exclusively for PSE&G customers. The protection plan covers appliances such as HVAC systems, refrigeration, stoves and cooktops, washer/dryer, etc. Bundle packages are available and offered at a discount. The fees are included in your monthly gas & electric bill.
Install & Repair
As a WorryFree customer, you can schedule a repair on your phone or desktop application. This is a new feature added to the redesigned WorryFree experience.
