Insurance ID Card Case Study

The business wanted to add functionality to the Stillwater mobile app allowing users to view their insurance ID card(s) without having to be logged in to the app .

Problem

Current state allowed the user to only view their insurance ID cards when they have logged in. Competitive analysis revealed that industry standards allowed users to access their insurance cards without logging in. Customer feedback strongly suggested this feature was important to add to the Stillwater mobile app.

Solution

Created several low-fi mock-ups based on feedback from BA and Product Owner. After the mock-ups got the thumbs up, I created a workable prototype and was able to do some rudimentary usability testing. The development/delivery team was handed a fully functional prototype and was easily able to complete the project and release.
